株式会社ケイ　代表取締役　津森恵子

株式会社ケイは2016年　Japanクオリティーの『本物』の食品を世界の人々へ伝えたい・・・という思いで立ち上げました。
代表取締役である　私　津森恵子は1999年冷凍水産物輸入企業（株式会社フューチャーフィッシュ取締役副社長として）を夫婦で起業いたしました。
起業当初は輸入魚というと、あまり良いイメージを持たない風潮でした。
微力ながら輸入魚の普及に尽力してまいりました（2013～2015年水産庁・水産政策審議会委員も任務）。
起業当初、輸入してきた冷凍水産物を軽自動車の後ろに積みこみ、全国を飛び込み営業して回った・・・そこから私の起業人生は始まりました。
時代は変化し「輸入食品」に対して情報が増え、「食品」に関してもボーダレスな時代に突入している中、
日本の農林水産物輸出額は年々増加し、2022年については1兆4.148億円と　2021年対比では14.3％増加もしております。
世界中の人々がJapanクオリティーの食品に対して厚い信頼をもっていただいている、そして求めていただいている。

そこで私ども　株式会社ケイは世界の皆さまの信頼を確かなものにすべく、今回は作り手の姿や加工工程を商品と共に世界中へお伝えしていきます。

The logistics business of exporting and sales has attracted so many with its glamorous style and potential for high profits.
As a result, it’s easy to overlook the importance of all aspects of the supply chain, beginning with the farmers.
Their knowledge of agriculture and battles against nature plays a vital part in the overall process, which cannot be overestimated.
More than ever, consumers want to invest in quality, and seek to visit farms where they can get a deeper understanding of the process of how the raw materials are grown.
We are a women’s organization aiming to connect the consumers and suppliers, to deepen their working relationship. We strive to create a voice for the farmers to get their story out there, so buyers have a better understanding of what’s behind their products, and are assured high quality products.
